Microsoft, partners plan 20-year genetics project

Here's the dawn of what could be the next model for health IT projects: Microsoft, Scripps Health, Affymetrix and Navigenics are launching a project that will offer genetic scans for up to 10,000 employees of the Scripps Health System, plus their family and friends, and measure changes in their behavior over a 20-year period.
