Connected health approaches are increasingly proving their value, according to physicians behind the telemedicine network serving Harvard Medical School's teaching hospitals. The physicians are working with Partners Healthcare division Partners Telemedicine and testing everything from interfaces that keep patients in touch with the care process to smart pill bottles that "tell" a central server whether patients are taking their drugs as instructed.
