Cord Blood Bank (CBR Systems, Inc). has agreed to settle Federal Trade Commission charges which said that it failed to protect customers' personal information. Inadequate security practices contributed to a breach of Social Security numbers and credit and debit card numbers of almost 300,000 consumers in December 2010.
